Abstract:
The article is part of the national research project on the construction and the development of the standard model for “smart distribution grid” which may be widely used in Vietnam. The smart distribution grid has been concretized through three aspects: 1) measuring device/
controller, 2) communication system, and 3) control center with the software and algorithms used for this network. The authors focus on communication applied to electricity distribution networks towards intelligence. In the first part, the requirements of the grid Dich Vong 22 towards smart development has been studied and discussed. The second part, the different communication systems has been studied in detail and finally applied to the selected grid. All of these results will be an important basis for standard communication systems and applications of smart grid in Vietnam.
